Heres one of my favourite Supa-Smoothie recipes that I have every morning. It is jam packed with anti-oxidants to fight off free radicals that causes ageing, whilst contributing to your daily vitamin requirements. The anti-viral and anti-inflammatory properties helps to fend off illneses and colds. Boost your energy levels, build lean muscle and burn fat at the same time with this super healthy, smoothie that you can make yourself in 5 minutes! 

Recipe makes about 1pint of smoothie:

  • 100g Strawberries
  • 75g Blueberries
  • 75g Raspberries
  • 1 medium banana (ripened)
  • Handful of Kale
  • Handful of Spinach
  • 1 heaped tablespoon of milled organic flaxseeds
  • 200ml Coconut water

 

Optional:

  • 1 tsp Super Greens powder
  • a dash of pure clear honey (adjust quantity to suit your preferred sweetness)
  • x4 egg whites (add this for muscle building)

 

Blend with a stick blender or Nutri Bullet and enjoy!
