For over 20 years of training, the only time I didn’t workout was when I was heavily sick (in fact I still trained through some sick days, not smart I know) or when I took a week or two out to allow my body to recover whilst on holiday.

Be consistent, be patient and be focused. The faster you build it, the faster it’ll break and lose it all. Rome wasn’t built in a day.

Train hard, train smart and stay dedicated. Focus on where u want to go but don’t forget to enjoy the journey along the way and your body will serve you well 😉
